We loved the hotel, it was gorgeous and clean. The staff was very welcoming, incredible with every request.

The hotel had a perfect location close to Chania Town. I was upgraded to a new-fashioned and well laid out room. The staff was superfriendly providing the information.

It was a perfect stay, newly remodelled place. Everything was very good during 3 days, loved its exceptionally nice and ideal location near to restaurants, shops and Central Market and the centre of town.

Clean hotel in a very nice modern building really close to the waterfront area with all the restaurants, the centre of Chania old town and the market and bars. Varied and sensational breakfast with local products, fantastic location.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic - right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by charming pedestrian streets. It was so convenient for exploring and accessing shops and transportation. The restaurant's beautiful terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy a meal. Secondly, the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and very helpful, particularly in the breakfast room. Finally, the rooms were well-equipped with all the facilities described, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a varied assortment of dishes to choose from, including some delicious local products.

View was amazing, breakfast was sensational, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room was modern and updated and the location was wonderful. The staff were polite, had an excellent stay by 1 night. Greek cuisine was served in the authentic restaurant. Loved our stay.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Make sure you stay in the suite with all the comforts, huge bed plus a very COMFORTABLE bathroom.

The hotel was a great base for exploring Chania. It has a fantastic location and is within close proximity to the restaurant. Our room was air-conditioned and equipped with climate control, a safe, and a coffee maker. Additionally, the hotel provided free wifi. it is definitely worth its 3-star rating.

Great and lovely location adjacent to the Venetian harbour and other tourist attractions, beautifull old town and local restaurants in a nice enough area. For tea or coffee visit Kentrikon nearby.

I've booked twin room with a balcony and everything was very good. The breakfast was rich with local products, and all the food was savoury!

Excellent location near central market and museums. Large balcony with furniture. Soundproof and dark windows. Comfortable beds and breakfast with local sweets and teas. Elevator in the old town.
